"Stayed here several times before. Great that it is pet friendly. Unfortunately there were issues with the air conditioning however extra blankets and portable heaters were supplied. Our stay was fine however the rooms are starting to need a refresh. Looking a little dated. "

"Lovely well maintained older hotel/motel. Great staff, very clean with a bit of character. Despite being a hotel, very quiet and well located next to a small shopping centre with a decent supermarket and a small collection of other shops.
No toaster or microwave, while the room (lower queen room) is compact, it is well suited to a 2 or 3 day stay.
Helpful staff.
Recommended as a good value stay close to Woden and the Canberra Hospital."
"We arrived late on a Sunday and the reception was no longer open and we didn’t get any text messages to inform us of the after hours check in process. The phone rang for a min then was answered finally but it took about 20 mins to check in. Room was good, slept well, clean and well furnished."
