"It was pretty gross. There was a rat, the room was okay and had a nice view but the shower had a leak that sprayed a lot onto the floor. Lucky for them I wiped it up both times… A drink I got out of the machine on floor 9 was covered in dust, lmao. Definitely would not go back."

"Everything was terrible. I asked for a non-smoking room. They gave me a smoking room that smells horrible. The bedsheets were burnt with cigarettes. The room was very dirty. I had to buy cleaning products myself and clean the bed and the bathtub myself. I’m a mathematic person and I had to sleep ..."

Holiday Inn Express Southington by IHG
"I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels when traveling....this one was very dated and in need of a lot of repairs I felt. Beds were very comfortable, staff pleasant. Breakfast was not special and attendant not very attentive I felt."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
