"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."
