A few things to note: We only received one pillow which was pretty uncomfortable. Drinks in the lobby/bar (including water and juice) closes at 11, but the tap water is drinkable. All channels on the TV are German and you are unable to change the language. Lastly, the room does not have a safe or much storage for 2 or more travellers....

During our stay, I noticed a tile dislodged in one of the Thermal pools. I highlighted this to staff. During the evening, the pool was emptied, the whole area around the dislodged tile was re-tiled, cleaned and refilled by 9am the next morning. Excellent service.
