"Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. "We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? "Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
