I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

Great location, a little off the main road so it’s quieter. Lots to do, great facilities and space to sit and relax as a group or couple. Roof space was lovely but no bar so we needed up on the ground floor. Free parking so plenty of opportunities to get out and see the local area

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Location excellent. Felt like a valued customer despite only staying one night. Had an issue in the room which was resolved and compensated by staff. It's quite expensive, and drinks were too, but the overall experience is first class.

Great stay, favourite hotel on our 3 week road trip…. Even got to see a bear.

Really clean and easily walkable to the parkway

Excellent location, easy walk into Gatlinburg, allocated parking space and nice sit out area to unwind with a drink.

Good location

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting Gatlinburg. Hiking in the smokey mountains was awesome. Coming home to our fantastic condo was great .

Good hotel, great location, everything within walking distance. The staff were very customer focused, Randell give us a great welcome on arrival and throughout our stay.

Although it was half a mile from town centre this was a lovely property. Quite peaceful and relaxed. Lynda who ran the property was warm, friendly, and very knowlegable of the area.. Norma Jean the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. The property manager we never saw in 10 days there.The appartment was comfortable and well loved by the owner (401) had stunning views of mountains.Their is a shortcut to town down sum flight of stairs at the rear of the property making it only a five minute walk...
