The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The coffee station was always ready with fresh hot coffee, cocoa and a variety of teas. We will ABSOLUTELY return to this hotel if we ever visit the area again.

The room smelled like a dog that needed a bath. We had to perform southern gospel music at a local theater and had laid our black suit and dress on the bed. After which we found out the the bedding was covered in white pet hair when our formal clothing had dog hair all over them. What a hassle trying to get dog hair off of a black suit. Very disappointed in the lack of good housekeeping. Will not stay in a Laquinta hotel again.

Staff were friendly. Spent 4 nights. Breakfast is the same every day. Furniture in room was well used. Super slow elevator. Light did not work on balcony. Suite was pretty spacious.

Beds were super comfy, staff is amazing. Don’t stay here if you want quiet nights on the weekends though, way too many drunk and loud kids not wanting to be respectful of others. That’s not the staffs fault though. Highly recommend the weekdays. Also such an amazing place for dogs.

I liked the fact that this property had flexibility to accept larger size dogs. Many hotels limit the size to 25-30 lbs. I have two Golden Retrievers, and it was a nice treat to be able to bring my dogs to their first ever vacation. Thanks La Quinta.

Nothing unique. La Quinta needs an overhall. From the reception area to the rooms with the rugs and furnitures needs update. Their suites is not impressive compared from years back I stayed in one.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with several options. Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and infused water was offered 24 hours in lobby. Pool was nice but the chlorine smell was strong considering it was indoors. Common areas were nice, clean, and welcoming. There was a nice walking trail by the river across the street along with several restaurants within walking distance.

Almost perfect!
Everything was great until time to go to bed. The noise level in the hallway outside our room kept us awake till after midnight. There should be a quiet policy in effect after 10::00 at night. Otherwise, even though an older hotel, the upgrades, furnishings, and everything else were excellent.

Good place to stay
There were lots of dogs barking in the rooms and the hall smelled like dog poop. Other than that I everything was good staff was helpful and nice. Would recommend this hotel.

Property is clean and located in a great location. That being said, it is very congested in the area/roads around the hotel and takes a long time to get through traffic. The hotel room was a good size and clean. The breakfast area is clean but a limited variety of items. The biggest inconvenience is the fact that there is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel and it takes FOREVER. When travelling with dogs which need to go out several times a day, it is not good. If travelling with a dog I would only stay here if I was guaranteed a first floor room. But the first floor would be quite loud given that the dining area and pool area and lobby are very near to all the first floor rooms. If travelling with children they would probably love the pool area (indoor and heated). The hotel was nice but I would probably choose to stay somewhere further from the main road as it is extremely congested with traffic.

Our bathroom door looked loke a dog chewed the door all up, the neighbors dog woke up us everyday at 5:30! Never had any pool towels available, asked for an extra blanket and pillow case for the pull out sofa. I was told if I wanted one to walk down and get it if they even had any available?! What kind of remark that was from Keith. Also bring an extra blanket you moreless are just sleeping with sheets on you. Extremely rude man at check in and a girl with long dark hair that barely would speak up or look at you while checking in. Extremely disappointed in this place we love staying here and it has went way down hill since last year and oh yeah dont hang your foot over the chipped elevator floor and fall like my 8 year old did.

First the pro's. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was better than others I have stayed. Overall an excellent experience except for one thing. The first night arriving there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom. When I went down stairs that evening I reported it. The desk clerk told my report and said she would have maintenance check into it. We stayed a total of three nights. No one ever came.

Long waits at the elevator. No night light in the bathroom. Had to turn on bright lights when using bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower door was not installed properly. No clothes hangers in closet.
