Excellent hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay, highly recommended.

I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect for me, with an easy walk to The Island and all of its shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also just a short drive to Dollywood, which was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is charming, well maintained, and has a really inviting atmosphere. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and really...

I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return in the future. The location is fantastic, with everything within easy reach, and every member of staff I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s also complimentary coffee and homemade biscuits available in reception throughout the day, which was a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Great welcome, excellent room, we had suite with 2 queen beds worth the extra cost for the extra room when staying a few nights. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice, definitly reccomend and will hope to stay here again if we return to Pigeon Forge, great location far enoughh away to be quiet but still only couple of minutes drive to main street attractions

The staff at the hotel are all so friendly it just makes the stay perfect

Overall this is a great hotel in a good location if you want to be off the main drag of the parkway. I have no complaints but just a couple of pointers to be mindful of. We had a loft room facing the parkway which meant pretty high levels of traffic noise could be heard in the room. Unbeknown to us there was then a ‘truck fest’ In town the last two nights of our stay and the noise levels were quite disturbing with a queue of traffic outside heading down the Parkway, horns going, loud music and...

Location was amazing, on the main road with easy access to all of the attractions around Pidgeon Forge. Recently refurbished hotel, loads of free parking, clean room, fridge and microwave in room. We had a great stay!

Room was comfortable, clean with nice toiletries. Breakfast was good but basic with only a few choices and variety was limited. But ok if you want a quick start to your day.

Excellent hotel for families with young children

Great location, a little off the main road so it’s quieter. Lots to do, great facilities and space to sit and relax as a group or couple. Roof space was lovely but no bar so we needed up on the ground floor. Free parking so plenty of opportunities to get out and see the local area

Great place for a short stay. Yes its dated but, its clean, fresh towels etc every day, plenty of hot water, its a great price and its right next to the stampede.

Grsat value for money in a clean and extremely comfortable bed. Great location away from most of Pigeon Forge but near restaurants and transportation. Recommended!
