First time staying here, loved it, everyone was wonderful this place is the cleanest I have ever come across ever, they take pride and it shows. the only thing I found that I didn't like was the TV setup it was very confusing and did not work while I was there, but besides that I loved it

The Arbors at Island Landing is a great place to stay - so convenient to the Island, shops, dining options, off street parking, quiet at night, free breakfast available at the Pancake place across the road. The gardens and trees around the property, as well as the fire pit area, and pool, are just lovely. The shower is great with a stone floor and tiled walls - the glass partition doesn't stop all the water splashing out of the shower, so you need to be very careful when stepping out of the shower. The only downsides: some of the rooms are a bit tired (our net curtain had a tear in it) but others have been upgraded with new blinds etc. The microwave in our room had lost a leg and wobbled (minor detail in room 207). The elevator is out of action until mid-May, and tradesmen start at 7am, so you don't get a sleep in. Otherwise I highly recommend the Arbors - in the lobby hot and cold drinks are available, as well as fresh fruit and various items to eat. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel was very nice. Room was large and clean. Small maintenance issue (initiated by my family) had a very fast and complete response from staff. Value was good. Highly recommended. Breakfast was a discount at a restaurant across the street. This was a low point.

The landscape was amazing and the area was very quiet and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a washer and dryer that is free to use and they have a fire pit and music every night.👍

Our overall stay was great! The staff was so friendly! Cons: it took me a few turn arounds to find it. There’s not a huge sign out front like most of the others. Also, you share a balcony with the room next door which I didn’t care for. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Pros: staff was amazing! The room was clean.. it’s convenient to restaurants, the convention center, entertainment, etc.. there are free snacks in the lobby for everyone to enjoy AND they have us vouchers for free pancakes across the street for breakfast. None of the cons would keep me from staying there again. We had a great trip.

Our sign is a little on the smaller side in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area but we are happy that you did finally find us. :) The majority of our rooms are shared walkways with the exception of the room you had with was a semi private balcony. We only have 3 private balcony rooms which are on the back of the property overlooking the river, never hesitate to inquire about them the next time you may come back again. :) We are glad you enjoyed your breakfast at Reagans and that you found our staff to be friendly and accommodating. :) We do hope you come back and stay with us again. I would re-book if we ever go that direction again. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint, the inability to block out the light from outside. Possibly having curtains in addition to the blinds. I had seen a review prior and thought it was silly, but now I understand why. The grounds were well maintained, and the fire table with the gazebo was very nice.

The staff is very friendly. My son liked that the have Lemonade available all the time since we didn't pack a drink. Rooms are very clean. They do give a voucher for restaurant across the street but we had to leave early. If ever in the area again would definitely come back here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arbors. This was our second stay. The rooms were nice and clean. It’s very close to the Island. The staff were really friendly too. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, there are rocking chairs and tables outside the rooms on every floor to enjoy a relaxing time outside. All the staff were friendly and ready to try and please you. There was a covered patio area with a fire pit and they provided fixings to make s’mores which the kids and adults enjoy! On Thursday through Sunday evenings there is musical and comedy entertainment on the patio to sing along with and interact with. Definitely a family friendly place to stay. Breakfast is across the street where you get a stack of pancakes and coffee included with each night’s stay. Most of the people we met were repeat customers for several years. We would definitely go back and stay again if in the area.

Can’t beat the price. Only complaint was heater was really loud and remote was broken. Staff were all nice and pool hot tub area was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Arbors. Front desk employees were very helpful. Our room was very comfy. Nice upgraded rooms. Wood flooring through out room. Shower was very nice. Short walk to the Island in Pigeon Forge. Would stay there again.

Wonderful
Really great hotel. Staff is very friendly, room was clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel grounds are something I’ve never seen at a hotel before. You can have campfires, roast marshmallows, take a walk on the trail by the river or swim in their heated pool. The way the hotel rooms are set up is also very neat. My kids loves it so we’ll definitely be back.

Great hotel. Very clean.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location but can be noisy in the mornings due to traffic. I found the rooms to be the cleanest I have ever been in. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The pool is heated but we didnt try it out.

The arbor was a very nice place to stay and close to everything. We walked to the island which was maybe a 5 minute walk. Everything was super clean and they even had an outdoor heated swimming pool which was super fun for the kiddos. Would stay there over and over again

Clean place to stay with amenities
This is a great place to stay whether it is just a couple getting away or a family. They have several in-site activities at no charge for people to do. The hotel was super clean and had been updated. The staff were amazing and they strive to make your stay the best one yet. I will book this hotel in the future!

This hotel is in a great location! However, it is billed to be a "resort" type property - it is basically an older hotel that has been cheaply updated to appear more expensive. The bed was comfy enough but the pillows were sad. You had to be careful when entering room because door didn't open all the way due to furniture placement. I booked the most expensive room overlooking the river - that view was great. The other view was a dumpster and a huge pile of discarded sofas, etc.. Perhaps, they are still in the remodeling process.

This is something we will pass along to management so we can look into it further. As you saw, we are an older facility that is constantly going through updates and upgrades and has come along way over the years. Our style is not to be modern and fancy but to be more of a home away from home feel which a lot of our guests enjoy. We do not of course want any of our guests to see garbage around the property because it does lessen the experience for you and we apologize that you did see this during your stay. We do try our best to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for you. Again, we appreciate the feedback you gave us and encourage it so we can understand what our guests like and don't like and grow from that. We thank you for giving us a try and staying with us.
