The beach was also closed so it was difficult to sunbath, which my wife likes to do other than sitting on a chair. "The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Amazing location. If you were any closer to the Leaning Tower you’d be sleeping on it! The most fabulous view of the whole piazza. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. No breakfast provided but there is a lovely bakery/coffee shop on the corner two doors down with a view of the tower. If you want to stay somewhere with the best view in Pisa, we highly recommend staying here!"
