"We had a great week in Pietra Ligure and communications with the hotel about parking, adjoining rooms and arrival time were excellent. The hotel is 2* plus and you get what you pay for - personally i think some of the reviews i have seen forget that and review as if it were 5*, hence some lower scores. The staff/owners were helpful. "Residence ottimo, pulizia della camera perfetta, comodo ai servizi di prima necessità essendo nelle vicinanze di un corso principale. Possibilità di parcheggio sia fuori che all'interno ( dentro a pagamento) Purtroppo le camere sono molto vicine e ascolti tutto e i balconi sono comunicanti divisi solo da una inferriata, ma dipende sempre dall'educazione e dal rispetto di comportamento dei singoli partecipanti.Nel complesso tutto comodo e ben sistemato. "Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "
