My partner and I stayed in the cottage for three nights and wished we’d stayed longer. Pictures don’t do it justice - it’s a beautiful place. The villa and cottage are on a hill next to an olive orchard. We had breathtaking views of the rolling hills, the town of Pienza in the distance and beautiful sunsets. It’s also conveniently located in Monticchiello nestled between Montalcino and Montepulciano, and by far the cutest hilltop town we visited. Guido was an amazing and attentive host, and his auntie was also wonderful!

An amazing property in the country. Fantastic views, especially at sun set. Convenient to 3 nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Great breakfast with many options. Room was spacious with everything you needed. A great place to stay in the area for several days.

We loved our stay in a small casita on the property which had a large bedroom, nice bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade baked goods, scrambled egg, bacon, toast, yogurt and juice. ( and of course hot beverage of choice) It was served in the main B&B which was just a few steps away. Location was ideal to visit several hill towns ( we went to Montepulciano, Montalcino and Pienza). Monticchiello is charming an quite small. Not the bustle of the larger towns in the area which we liked. We recommend the restaurant Daria. It was an easy walk from this property. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Parking was on the property. Highly recommend this lovely place

Everything about this accommodation is picturesque - the house, the decor, the ambience, the surroundings. Guido and Simonetta made us an exquisite breakfast. Wished our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer.

The hotel is well run. However, the rooms are due for some rennovations. The sound proof was very disappointing during our stay. We could clearly hear our neighbors chatting and playing with dices, and they ordered some pizza take-out that smelled super strong in our room. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and if possible, try to request a room that does not share a door with another one so you might get better sound proof.

Tranquillità, semplicità e cortesia. Questo è tutto quello che troverete qui. I due gestori sono molto disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. La posizione è molto comoda sia per raggiungere i paesi che le città turistiche vicine ed è veramente a due passi da Monticchiello. Bellissimo e curatissimo il giardino!

The most amazing view of tuscany
The most amazing place I've ever been. The owners were so helpful that I cant recommend this place enough. Make sure to book the Florentine breakfast at the garden. The propriety has an mesmerizing view of Val d'Orcia and is at an walking distance from a Michelin star restaurant. Great place!
