"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical.
