"The balcony has an awesome view of the area which was the main reason I booked this place. I enjoyed the balcony a lot. The property management was very responsible and answered questions quickly while I was there. The garage is first come first serve but we were able to park with no problem. There are also parking outside the structure. The downside was that the place was not as clean as expected as some of the other comments mentioned. "The hotel and staff were lovely. Situated in very convenient spot to explore Varenna and the surrounding area. Our room had a lovely view of the city and church. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of options for all. Your stay includes access to the sister hotel properties and botanical garden! I would stay here again the next time we visit Lake Como. "
