I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.
The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods.
Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.
Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations.

"The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. He was a gracious host and very helpful with restaurants, places we should visit, helping with anything we needed, and organizing transportation for us. He made the experience more pleasant for us."
