"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "The best part of this place is the rooftop patio. The view from the patio, the smell of flowers and the epic view of the ocean is top notch. Everything is clean and the location is central to the main street in Vernazza.
If you have bad knees or are not a hiker, I don't recommend this place. The kitchen/food prep space can only accommodate 1 person max! If you have 4 people staying, there is no "common area" inside unless you want to be amongst your friends belongings.
