"Construction was happening right below our unit so they had to moved us to another room because the noise was unbearable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent and close to duomo and shopping. It would be nice if hotel had a gym."

"Nice clean hotel with very comfortable rooms. We chose it primarily because it is opposite Milan central station and we would be using the metro/ trains daily for site seeing. There was a major fire just outside the hotel and it had to be evacuated. The fire alarm was inadequate, it sounded as if it was from outside and there were no strobbing lights. Many guests including us did not react to it, and police and fireman had to physically nock on each door to get guests out. It think this is a serious H&S failure and should be looked into by the hotel."

"The breakfast was very disappointing. It was our only change to get a full meal before our long international trip as a family. Eggs were fake, bacon was cooked prosciutto, coffee horrible and fruits fermented."

"Stayed 4 nights with my 11yo son. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We also had a balcony but rarely used it because it was so hot during our stay. Thankfully the excellent air conditioning made the room extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and varied. The location was excellent being quite central and only a short walk to the Duomo and the nearest Metro station. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Milan."
