Staff friendly and helpful room was clean only 1 thing I have a disability and my room had a bathtub shower and was extremely difficult to get in and out for myself I tried to get a different room but unfortunately they were full
Food was good 👍 we had dinner n breakfast wasn’t a lot a lot of verity but enough to fill us
Coffee was great 👍 will return if the shower was a walk in

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.
