Our stay at Phu Quoc Movenpick Villas and Residences was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The villas were luxurious and impeccably maintained, providing us with the perfect sanctuary during our holiday. A highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Kai and the entire staff. Mr. Kai went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was memorable. His attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and willingness to assist with any request truly made our time at the resort unforgettable. The entire team at Phu Quoc Movenpick Villas and Residences exemplified hospitality at its finest. From the friendly greetings by the pool to the impeccable housekeeping service, every interaction with the staff was met with kindness and professionalism. Helpful, friendly staff. Facilities were generally good. It was not clear that the residence and the hotel were different, and we were away from the main facilities. This was disappointing and we would have booked the hotel if we had known. Beach/sea was not as clean as other resorts

It’s a beauty property. The residences are set back from the ocean and overlook a lagoon and villas toward the ocean and the amenities (restaurant, beach, spa) are located over at the Waverly property which is an easy 2 minute walk or 1 min golf cart ride. The residences are more quiet whereas the Waverly is more of a resort feel. Like any resort, prices for food are inflated and You are a bit isolated from pretty much anything, necessitating a taxi or Grab to go anywhere. Not unusual or unexpected. The beach is beautiful and mostly clean but we noticed a lot of trash cohorted at the base of the trees hanging closest to the ocean. To be fair, the island has a major trash problem and it’s really sad. Surely us tourists are adding to the problem. Our room smelled a bit like mothballs at first but that went away.

I had an incredible stay at Movenpick Hotel in Phu Quoc. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. We had a wonderful time at Movenpick. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool that was absolutely perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The main pool was amazing and luxurious. There are 3 restaurants on the property, but Grab and taxis are available to take you anywhere.The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The property is on a private beach with sun loungers. Having said all that, the most important part is every staff member was so kind, helpful and professional. This is absolutely a 5 star resort. I would stay here again for sure. I would highly recommend Movenpick.

Everything was excellent except for the delay in the airport transfer shuttle. We were in the shuttle bus for 15 minutes before leaving the airport as the driver keep waiting for other guests which are late. (Lack of punctuality) Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.

I was booking a room at Movenpick for 2 nights from 8/29/22 to 8/30/2022. When I booked, I paid for front Ocean views but when I was checked in, they gave me a resident suites on the property and beside the the room had a lots of bugs inside the room. I got a lot of bugs bites. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE BOOKING ON THIS PROPERTY IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT PHU QUOC. IT WILL RUINED UR VACATION. Over priced. Design of the villa is not user friendly. bed room and bathroom is small. Very bad odor from the bathroom. no privacy at all as the villas r built very close to each other. One can literally step over to the pool next door!

Titel: Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Mövenpick Villas and Residences Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Hotel Mövenpick Villas and Residences zu übernachten, und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Die Anlage des Hotels ist gepflegt und einladend. Der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und ist stets sauber. Leider war der Strand jedoch durch Plastikmüll verschmutzt, was meine Enttäuschung etwas trübte. Trotz täglicher Anwesenheit des Personals am Strand wurde die Zeit nicht genutzt, um ihn zu säubern. Eine Anregung an das Management, hier dringend nachzubessern! Das Personal zeigte sich äußerst freundlich und präsent, was unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltete. Ihre überdurchschnittlichen Englischkenntnisse sind lobenswert und erleichterten die Kommunikation erheblich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine vielfältige Auswahl und ließ keine Wünsche offen.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die fehlende kostenlose Shuttle-Option in die Stadt, jedoch gibt es einen kostenlosen Airporttransfer. Zudem möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass es derzeit einen kostenlosen Bus (Vinbus) auf der Insel gibt, der den Gästen ermöglicht, sich kostengünstig fortzubewegen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Mövenpick Villas and Residences äußerst angenehm und ich vergebe daher eine Bewertung von 4,5 von 5 möglichen Sternen. Die gepflegten Anlagen, das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage machen es zu einer empfehlenswerten Unterkunft für Reisende.

we stayed at the 3 room villa, the best thing is big water tank. it is really helpful. but bad thing is that buggy driver needs custom service education. They use cell phone during driving buggy. it make me feel dangerous. someone tried to make a their private business with guest and ask me private questions. it might be rude.
