The staff is polite and couteous. The facility location is beautiful in a quiet area. However the building is old and lack maitenance and it would be nice if !they clean the elevator once awhile!

Relaxing time at the beach

We stayed here over christmas and really enjoyed it. It was a relaxing retreat and we spent most of our time at the beach outside the hotel resort. The staff were very helpful and attended to our needs. For breakfast they served us vegan soup or noodles as the buffet didn't really offer us many options. Just state your requirements at the reception and the staff will do their best to comply. The beach restaurant/bar had a basic menu for food that didn't impress that much. They are more suited to serve drinks. The free drop-off at the airport was also nice! Would visit again for sure!

Huisje aan strand geboekt. Binnen dramatisch verouderd. De buiten muren mogen wel eens opnieuw geverfd worden, zou er dan een stuk frisser. Geen bar buiten terwijl ze er een prachtige ruimte voor hebben. Keihard matras. Kussen voor de strand bedden zien er ook niet fris meer uit. Lief personeel. De manager had wel oor voor mijn klachten. 3 nachten eerder vertrokken. Uiteraard geen compensatie of iets. Ligging is prachtig, aankomst ook, dan houdt het echt op.

Die Unterkunft (Gartenbungalow) war gross, bequem und sauber. Davor eine Veranda mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, aber die Qualität könnte besser sein (dünne Säfte, sehr weiche Butter, nur Toastbrot, keine Baguette). Allerdings kann man sich auch Omelett zubereiten lassen, das ist sehr lecker. Schade, dass die Bars nicht mehr in Betrieb sind. Die Liegen an Pool und Strand wären auch einmal erneuerungsbedürftig. Aber alles in allem - ich würde wieder hier buchen.

Hôtel qui manque d’amour

Lit extrêmement inconfortable. Les chaises de plage avec un coussin d’un pouce étaient plus confortables. Beaucoup de moisissures sur les joints dans la douche. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Belle emplacement pour la plage. L’hôtel a probablement été bien il y’a 15-20 ans

Nagyon jó helyen van,közvetlen tengerpart,ami gyönyörű! Kevés a napágy,néha küzdeni kellet érte. A medence nagyon tetszik,jó helyen van.A lift nem működött,az ünnepek miatt nem is javították meg.A reggeli jó volt,bár a tojást csak 1! ember sütötte,igy fél órát is kellett várni,ha enni akartunk. A személyzet kedves,segítőkész.Megéri az árárt!

Locatie=top Kamer= ok (eenvoudige kamer, harde matrassen en handdoeken) Pool en strand= top Ontbijt= ok Wifi= top Personeel=de meeste heel aardig, sommige niet zo Verbeterpuntjes:Helaas geen bar of restaurant zoals op de fotos te zien is, alleen het ontbijtrestaurant (wat voor ontbijt prima is maar voor andere momenten weinig charme heeft). Weinig ligstoelen Overgrote deel van de gasten komen uit een bepaald land uit het oostblok, qua gedrag niet altijd even gezellig, vooral voor het personeel niet

トイレの水が流れません。手が痛くなる位押し続けないと流れないので大変でした。エレベーターも使えませんでしたので、3階まで登り降りしなければなりませんでした。 立地は良く、プールも楽しめましたが、それだけです。夜、フロントに、箸か、フォークを貸してほしいと言っても断られました。サービスも悪いですね。

Highly recommend

Lots of people have commented that the beds are hard, they are firm but no different to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam and had no difficulty with sleep. The food is what you would expect from any vietnamese hotel, if you are expecting a traditional full English then you need to stay in Europe. Our stay was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel with lots of western & vietnamese meals. Beach and pool area very clean. Only worry was the hotel wanting to keep passports at check in and not just taking a copy like other hotels we stayed in elsewhere in Vietnam.

Super dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Vi er en familie med 2 børn (7og 11år) men værelset bestod kun af en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng, selvom vi havde bestilt til 4 personer. Vi måtte derfor betale 1500kr for en ekstra opredning i 7 nætter.

가성비 최고의 숙소

해변에 바로 붙어있는 숙소 입니다. 관리 잘 되고 있고 청결합니다. 실외수영장도 매일 관리를 하고 있어서 항상 깨끗했고, 안전관리원으로 보이는 직원이 항상 상주하고 있습니다. 방은 종류별로 차이점은 있겠으나 깨끝하고 냉방이 양호해서 잠자고 싰기에는 적당합니다. 조식은 쌀국수와 간단한 부폐로 먹을만 합니다. 해변에 있는 바도 저렴하고 주방장이 퇴근하는 9시 이전까지는 맛있습니다. 케이블카 셔틀, 버스투어, 빈펄 셔틀 정류장이 걸어서 5분 이내에 있고, 야시장은 차로 5분정도 거리 입니다.

Great hotel, great location, great food and staff!

What an amazing place. The staff, food and room was great. The manager, called himself, "The Big Black Dragon", not making this up, was spot on with everything. We checked into the bungalow on the beach, had an issue with the AC (was not cooling the room). We moved to a room in the main building, almost froze to death, it was great with 34C temp and 99% humidity. Will stay here again in December 2019.
