Clean room and great location We loved the staff especially front of house ladies and Kent

Every interaction I had with the staff was lovely, especially the doormen, who were always warm and friendly. I had a massage twice during my stay and both were excellent, as well as being really well priced. Breakfast was good too, with a decent selection and a freshly cooked station for eggs and omelettes. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to the local markets. The room was large and comfortable, and the cleaning staff worked really hard, regularly topping up the minibar and bottled water. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Team are eager to assist. GM Mary Duong went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of. free fresh fruit were sent to room every day, thank you cake in the evening, even 2 free x 1 hour massage session. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of . Room was always clean and new linens everyday. Breakfast, lots of choices and delicious. The location was great. Opposite the market and we were able to walk to museum and the river.

The location and exterior are great!

Everything is perfect but weekend staying is nightmare due to street closing for event. Transportation is going to be unconvincing to book ride to anywhere.
