excellent accommodations for seeing Plain of Jars

he hotel was lovely. The beds are comfortable, the shower hot and the bathroom clean and modern. The staff is as helpful as they can be- often there is someone at the desk who speaks little english but tries. They breakfast is wonderful and you can easily walk to the Night market and the local restaurants. Transport is limited so you have to hire a car and driver to see the sights.

シェンクワンの旧市街の中でひときわ目立つ6階建てのホテル。なかなかお湯が出なかったこと以外は、よい。 窓からは周りに高い建物がないため素晴らしい景色がみられます。

チェックイン日送迎の運転手がミニバンターミナルへ迎えに来てくれた。翌日のツアー勧誘が目的かもしれないがとりあえずありがたい。ホテルまでは700mほど。 最上階が朝食ビュッフェ会場になっており、部屋はその下の504号だった。建物は新しくラオスの地方都市なのにちゃんとエレベーターがある。 客室の家具は重厚で豪華だが機能的には今一つ。ベッドサイドにあるべき照明スイッチが窓下にありカーテンで隠れていて翌日見つけた。エアコンは涼しい時期は不要。 浴室トイレ洗面台は明るく清潔。シャワールームに引き戸が付いている。 朝食ビュッフェは7時から。その時間になれば開くが食材が順に出てくるのはそれ以後となる。洋食系は物足りないがその場で卵を焼いてくれる。 フロントスタッフの中には話が通じる人もいてミニバンなどの手配をやってくれる。

Ok hotel for exploring the area

The hotel location is good, only a little walk from the markets. The hotel room is good size and clean. The only downside is that the staff does not speak any English at all.

コスパのいい“ホテル”

数少ない高層（！）ホテルなので眺望はいいのですが、夕食時などは中心部から少しだけ歩くのが玉に瑕ですね。フロントでお願いしてスティックコーヒーをもらえたのは嬉しかったです。シャワーの湯が出るまでに少し手間がかかります。

Quite new so still sparkling. Large room. Water pressure was particularly good given other experiences in Laos. Breakfast could have included juices and fruit.. Location slightly outside centre and in a more commercial part of city but only a good 20 minutes or so walk from the street with restaurants etc and modest evening market.

Very nice place

A wonderful place that is new and very beautiful with lots of hardwood. The staff was courteous and helpful, even getting us and iron to iron out clothes. It is by far the best value for the money that we have found.

Absolut top luxurious place to stay when you’re a backpacker! Everything is 12/10 when compared to the places we’ve stayed before haha. You get more than what you pay for. But the breakfast is everything but luxurious (at least for Scandinavians)...

Great hotel, and wonderful staff. But there was only one person at the front desk when we checked in, and they didn't speak Lao or Thai (or Hmong), which was surprising... since we were in Laos. When other desk attendants showed up, it was fine and they were all very helpful. Overall a very positive experience, just threw us off on our first impression of the place.

Adequate Hotel for short stay

We stayed 2 nights to visit Plain of Jars. The hotel was adequate, nothing outstanding but served its purpose. Clean and quiet with friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable hotel, new and clean and free service of transfer to/from the airport was appreciated. Within walking distance to cafe/restaurant. Our room faced the Main Street and was unfortunately next to a construction site which was noisy.

Worst service.

We booked a double bed luxury room, but got a single two bed. The receptionist claim that they are full, but we booked this room in advance. I noticed that they take walk in and allow people to extend their stay. The hotel listed two restaurants, but only one and only open for breakfast. The hotel listed a many things that they don't have i.e. iron, hair dryer, and a frig. There is a big hole in the bathroom ceiling, we can smell a funcky odor coming from it. A stained wall in the bed room running from the ceiling to the floor appeared to be unrepair water damaged. By far this is the worst service a d fault advertised.
