"The room was clean, staffs were friendly, and the breakfast was simple. There were no shops or eating places close to the hotel. We could see the MRT station from our room but it still required 10 minutes walk to the station. Also, the road to the MRT station was not smooth, it would be a little difficult to walk to MRT station with luggage. The hotel provided drinking water and bottle water, it was convivence to the customers."

"The staff are nice and helpful. Complimentary snacks are provided 24 hr, and complimentary instant noodles are offered after 10 pm. The complimentary laundry facilities are clean. The breakfast selection is limited but good for a quick breakfast. Bus stop, Family Mart, and Starbucks are 1 min walk. I chose to add a third bed but it turned out to be a sofa bed, which a bit firm and not comfortable. Adding a layer of comforter might help."

"Room very clean, onsen hot spring water is brilliant, you can feel you are revived by the water. There is a slight smell of the room but it is solely due to the mineral inside the hot spring water"

"The staff let us know they upgraded our room upon checking in which was great. Our room now came with an outdoor bath for soaking in the hot spring water. I didn’t love the way the bathroom was designed, especially for showering. The drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no border around it to stop the water from going under the sink area or close to the toilet so we ended up with a very wet bathroom floor after everyone showered. The rooms were nice and the living room had a unique design that we enjoyed. "
