This was a top notch stay. Everything was amazing including my view, amenities and the staff attention. The pool was particularly delicious after sunset and food at the restaurant was good. Staff not only treated my with the utmost sense of hospitality & welcoming spirit but helped me to organize an appointment at the spa & onward travel.

I am in Phnom Penh often and this is my go to hotel. I've probably stayed in 20 hotels around PP and this is my favorite. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and the faculties are very nice and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here.

My opinion might be slightly biased by paying off-season rates, but I was quite impressed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The staff were all friendly and helpful (albeit I don’t tend to ask for much). Breakfast was decent and changed each of my three days, with a few constants like toast and coffee. And the pool on top was relaxing. Overall, I was expecting far less for what I paid. Location-wise, the hotel is reasonably close to the national museum, and walkable (if you can stand the heat) to the Royal Palace, the genocide museum Tuol Sleng, and several temples. The back side is on a nice quiet little street, and I didn’t have trouble with traffic noise.

Located on the main road, about 30-40 mins taxi from the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Have its own restaurant onsite or at least connected to the hotel with really good reviews and good tasting food. Breakfast was ok, a bit small, and simple. If you like coffee, there’s a coffee shop right across from the restaurant.

It seems to be safe and quiet. All staffs are great. Restaurant's menu has limitation of food choices and parking is somewhat difficult. However, other areas such as bar, swimming pool and so on, I did not participate.

Everything was good here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing they need to step up is cleanliness. When walking to the elevator someone had left a glass nearby a post. It was there for two days, and wipe down the counter tops in rooms, but overall a good value and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location and staff was generally good. Had a bit of an issue with check-in that delayed us for over an hour. I booked a junior suite room for our 1 night stop-over, the room was a not quite a suite type of room. We didnt feel comfortable in the room as it looked like the least maintained out of all the suite rooms.

The G Mekong was a good place to stay for our first trip to Cambodia and to Phnom Penh. It is well positioned and relatively close to a lot of attractions in the city. Nothing is too far to work or get a tuk tuk to. The hotel itself has some super features - a lovely lobby, a brilliant rooftop pool and sun deck with bar, and a good gym too. The restaurant on the ground floor also was good value. Our issues were with the room. While the bed was comfy (the main thing to consider!), the bathroom was grubby and a leaking pipe meant that the bathroom floor was always wet. This led to an annoying dripping noise at night and a musty smell. We raised this with the reception desk when we arrived and housekeeping assured us that it was just the air con exhaust pipe and the water was normal. That may have been the case but it just made the bathroom feel unclean. We were lucky to get a window in the room but didn't manage to get much natural light as our view was out into a chute-like space with windows and fan units. Overall, there were positives of the place but if you want to feel clean and like a bright room, I would look elsewhere.

The area around the hotel is normal Asia chaos and noise. This hotel gives you a break from that. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the restaurant. Food was good. Location is also very good. A 10 minute Grab gets you most tourist areas. And btw book a Grab tuktuk don't get one off the street. Grab is way cheaper and more reliable and they won't hassle you for tours and stuff. Stay here!
