The night front desk staffer. I had lost my debit card but she patiently spent 20 minutes helping me brainstorm a solution. - (We ended up waking my adult son and using his card to cover the security deposit.)

Receptionists were very hospitable and warm. They gave their guests amazing & yummy cookies. Paid parking & Breakfast which was a bummer but otherwise this hotel is massive in size and parking lot looked like some event was going on in the hotel and was not easy to find a spot.
