I liked that you need a code to get in. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The area around the building was a little sketchy. It smelled of garbage and urine.There was construction going on near us that was annoying. The parking was okay but expensive. All in all i would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Only downside was the very noisy area late at night, but they do supply earplugs with a sign about it. The room itself was great, and is a convenient location as well.

My partner and I had a very enjoyable time at The Witherspoon. The place was very clean and it felt like a home away from home! They provide a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and even include dish soap, dishwasher pods as well as in room laundry with detergent pods. There’s also full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. The Roku TV was convenient for when you want to have a lazy day. The surrounding area could get a little noisy but it didn’t bother us. There were also plenty of dining options around the apartment/hotel and most activities were within walking distance, so driving was rare for us. We would definitely stay here again!

It was not a pleasant stay. Toilet was not working right upon check in. We got offered another room, which was much smaller and right in front of 4 elevators. Maintenance showed up the next day, and failed to fix the issue. 2 nights with broken toilet. Huge party going on in the room next door till 2 am Fri to Saturday. Abnormal level of noise from the AC, really loud, as other guests mentioned in their reviews. No follow up from the hotel after we checked out.

HVAC is incredibly noisy and I couldn't sleep. It would have been an amazing place to stay otherwise, because it's clean and well-furnished, but there's this constant unbearable airflow noise. I asked the lady at the lobby if they could do something, she said technicians would have taken a look, but nothing changed.

Overall good experience. In the apartment description section pictures featured nice views when in reality the apartment was overlooking another building - it was dark and didn’t allow for privacy as the building next door was very close. Additionally, the area is super loud during the weekend, just something to be aware of.
