"Location, location, location! Diagonally across from Independence Hall and the Mall. Walking distance to almost everything you would want to see, especially the Museum of the American Revolution which was our goal. Comfortable, clean and new .... but the location can't be beat."

"The cleaning of the room was terrible. The sofa bed was very dirty. Not enough blankets, no towels for 5 people. Parking not convenient for large cars 6'4" Front desk staff not very friendly. The only star is because of the good location for attractions and places to eat."

"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "
