I have stayed here more than once over the 4 year period my child was in college in the area. Staffing needs to be improved. Reception was great, but housekeeping needs improvement. This trip I stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping only made beds and replaced towels once. A dirty towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door when I arrived. Neither the tub nor the sink drained well. Obviously, they need snaked or something. The tub faucet had black mold around it at the attachment point. Breakfast was a plus. Nothing fancy, but just enough.

The time we stay in Microtel was amazing. The services is amazing, friendly staff, the place is clean and quiet and has very option to eat outside. I love this place and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Close to PHL airport with dependable shuttle service. Hotel was quiet with reliable staff. Two places to eat within a short walk of hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

The location of hotel was centrally located and easy to access. Check process was quick. Upon reaching my room the door was propped open (room 408). As a single woman traveling-this is not what I was expected and I was very nervous about entering.

Cleaning is not a thing to this hotel. Very dirty, mold, the don’t change sheets, bathroom is disgusting, shower curtain was never changed, room smells cigarette. Just a horrible experience, don’t go there.

The lady at the check in the first night was not very friendly or welcome. The room smelled like a mix of mold and a really strange stale scent. The air conditioner squeaked the entire time it was on. Water in the shower was cold. Staff was made aware and I was told "those are normal issues with those rooms". Pillows were the size of sofa throw pillows and were like sleeping on small stones. I woke up with a headache and neckache from them every morning and multiple times each night. Will not be staying there ever again.

Great stay for a short visit. Simple, economical, but accommodating. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and updated, a few food options and convenient store/ gas station in same plaza. Continental breakfast included.

The front desk staff was literally the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! We had a few issues and they jumped right in to correct. The staff made the experience for this hotel!
