I am sure the convention in Philadelphia caused hotel rooms in town to be sold out and I was very happy to make one of my rooms available for your convenience. It appears that you are not accustomed to the traditional accommodations of a BnB where most do not have televisions in the guest rooms. Had you asked, I would have shown you that we offer a 60" TV that is above the desk in the guest Parlor. Clearly the the door hardware in your room was there intended to be installed in the room where you stayed. That too, if it was a problem I would have been happy to move you to an other room. Obviously, your satisfaction is very important to me, but I need to know what you are unsatisfied with so that I have the opportunity to rectify it. Thank you again for your business and your comments.
