"The location was great but the room was worn. Seen a lot of travellers. Had to pay for parking, bleh, iron in the room stained a shirt. The cleaning staff was very nice and gave us extra towels. Nice spot but looked worn out."

"It’s was clean and modern. There was no chair in the room which makes it difficult for seniors. The way they made the bed was unusual to say the least. It took them four hours and two phone calls to bring clean bath towels to the room which housekeeping forgot to leave."

"I booked a KING room, with a high view. Got there and they didn’t have my room. They stated they gave it away. They gave me a room for two queen beds. If you don’t have the room available then notify the customer instead of waiting until they get there to tell them there room is not available. "
