I stay here every time I visit family in the Philadelphia area. It's very easy to get from the interstate to the hotel, staff is always friendly & helpful, and the room is very comfortable.

This was our first experience with Home2 Suites. Thus we actually liked the kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Room was spotless! Free parking! Good location with nearby dining and stores. So what were the issues, you might ask? First off, we'd requested a King Bed but were assigned two (2) Queens instead. However, since we had late check-in, due to our flight's late arrival from the west coast, and we were only staying overnight, we didn't complain. We did request late checkout at 12 noon (which would've been 9 a.m. CA. time), though, but were told they could only extend to 11:30 a.m., which equated to 8:30 a.m. for us. Promptly at 11:30 a.m. we heard a loud banging at the door, from the front desk attendant, prompting us to leave, just as we were in the process of packing up our belongings. We were nearly done at the time; but I thought they could've been a big less "pushy" about it. Not a major deal-breaker, however. The free breakfast was also a nice bonus. We'd stay again!

Stayed last night and loved it. Room was large for my family of 5 and in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. My family was thrilled that in addition to waffles, they had breakfast sandwiches also. We have family who lives in the area and will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Really quiet and nice hotel. I didn’t receive a daily room clean though and when I called the front desk he just said the cleaning was gone. No apology or anything. Otherwise nice hotel with good breakfast.

First room they gave me there were dirty towels left on the floor and and mystery grease all over the furniture. They gave me a different room which was nice and clean. Day two there I asked the front desk for turnover service 3 different times hours in-between asking them. And nothing was done at all. I would of liked my bed made, fresh towels, and the coffee in the room replenished so I could go about my days there. But that didn't happen then I got yelled by the cleaning lady for grabbing 2 coffee bags off the cart walking to my room. I've stayed there a handful of times and experience just gets worse. I will not be returning there again. I can go next door pay less and get better service.

I chose this hotel because it was the newest in the area, but my guess who I had staying there, seem to have a few problems. The room had dog hair, then there was some type of fire, then to top it off, there was a bed bug in the room. So I was rather embarrassed needless to say, will I use this place again, I’m not sure.

It was absolutely horrible. We had 2 pillows and 1 blanket for 4 people. We asked swveral times for a pillow or blankets. They kept twlling us they had none. We had to go to walmart and buy pillows!!! There was no towels in the pool.
