The key cards would only allow you to access your floor. I stayed on floor #4 and the ice machine was broken. The room advertised a kitchen which is inaccurate. The room did have a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. The room did not have a stove top or cookware. The Keurig machine was dirty and had a funny smell coming from it. I would rate the stay equivalent to a motel stay and on par with what I usually experience with a Hilton brand hotel

The keys are not blocked from other floors and should have allowed you to exit on another floor. The only nearby parking is $63 per night, so factor that into the cost when choosing this property. The best part is the Reading Terminal Market is very close by. There is no convenient place to unload or load, so plan accordingly. We were there 3 nights. They said they would “clean” the room after the second day, which didn’t even include making the beds, which isn’t a big deal, but then again, it is not a big deal, so why not do it when so many other hotels do so?

Please allow us to assure you there is a loading zone directly in front of the hotel's front entrance. Some of our guest do become confused when they see the cones, however, the cones are there to secure the loading zone. Housekeeping is done as you described, our guest is given the option for daily services at their check in if the normal schedule is not sufficient for their stay. We hope this information helps. Great place to stay!! We were right next to Readers Terminal Market and it was amazing!! The only thing is they need better mattress and pillows. They weren’t awful but they were old and need to be replaced.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff is very nice and accommodating, i came early from my flight and i called them up to see if i was able to check in early and the lady got me an available room, no questions asked. Lovely room, loved the virtual key, great vibes in the area. Food located right across the street and everything is surprisingly walking distance. It’s amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Didnt like that i felt unsafe approaching the hotel. Upon entering there was a large crowd in the lobby making a lot of noise and drinking alcohol. Room had hair on the bed sheets room had a little sent. Loud noise throught the night from out on the street and within the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Didn't like that the parking was not included in the pricehad to pay extra 60per day was not told until i got to the hotel looking for the parking.

Close to everything, an amazing market across the street with so much variety. We didn't take advantage as much as we should have until the last few days and we realized how amazing it was. Convenient to public transportation as well. Staff was amazing!!

Bathroom was dirty, pee on toilet seat when arrived at room. Other peoples hair found in bed sheets. Pool was out of order when kids were ready to use it. Homeless people and yelling people all around the outside area.

The location is convenience, but very noisy. We heard people play loud music in the middle of night from the 9th floor room. The area is good during daytime, but not at night. Alleyways are very dirty and sketchy.

Very convenient to Philadelphia Convention Center, which was great. Room was not ready until about 5 hours after our 1 pm arrival, which was not great. Room was nice.

Beautiful inside. I didn’t understand why a specific point was made that the check in address is different than the hotel. When we pulled up to the check in address, it was the front of the hotel. Area was sketchy at night.

We love this property and return often. However this last stay there was a broken lamp that was semi fixed with electrical tape, not very safe. There was no soap in the shower pump and only one bar of soap at the sink. The mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable and very noisy. But as I said we love this hotel and will be back we just hope those things are rectified.

Stayed for the weekend with my 9 month old son and husband. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The parking lot next door is super convenient and the area is awesome. We got out and walked and had a great time seeing the sights. The Reading market across the street was everything!!

Room key didn’t work first time, had to go back and get another key. Then there was no toilet paper in the room when I entered. I had to call reception to get toilet paper. I also noticed the staff at the reception was talking a bit rude with another hotel guest. Overall, the hotel was good, but not managed well.

Home2 is a great, affordable option. It's within walking distance of most attractions and downtown. There are plenty of good food options around the area. THe staff is super friendly and hotel rooms are spacious. I would say they need a little upkeep on their breakfast area. The couches are torn and some of the furniture in the room can use an update, but overall it's clean. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay here again. The breakfast offered is comparable to other hotes that offer a free breakfast. Overall, good hotel.

The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. Right across the street from Reading market and the convention center and the breakfast was good. The rooms however, were run down and didn't smell especially nice. Don't rely on the pull out couch as another bed.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite - instantly greeted us when we walked in, check-in was smooth, and made sure we knew when breakfast was in the morning (hours change between weekdays/weekends (ends at 9am weekdays, 10am weekends), and gave us recommendations for vendors in Reading Terminal (food hall across the street). Only downside was that due to staff shortages, housekeeping was unable to come daily.
