They give me a second floor and no elevators a weed smell strong inside the room very dissapointed my check out was a 11 i left at 8 I can deal with the smell of cigarettes all night and all day 😡😡😡😡

I have never in my life have stayed in a place like this!! It was my first time in Philadelphia walking in we were met with a drunk couple arguing to the point that police showed up-there were numerous drunk and high people everywhere-the rooms were falling apart the walls the ceilings had black mold and huge water stains-huge cracks and broken walls-ceilings etc. It was so noisy all the time. I was booked for 3 days on my last morning there I had gotten up and gotten ready and was getting my bags together to go out to my car when the cleaning lady knocked extremely loud and said check out is at 11am I said yes I'm heading out now and as she was walking away she yelled out in spanish "hurry up and get the hell out of here!! Goooo Homeeeeeeeee!! I came out of my room like a bat out of hell and told her they were rude and ignorant the room was very expensive for the crap we were in and it was not free neither did she pay anything for the room and she needs to know how she speaks she thought I was not spanish but little that she knows she messed up big time needless to say it was the most horibble experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN

The room was was dirty. The sheets had stains on them possibly blood. There were stains on the walls. Bathroom sink was filthy. Lights were flickering and died while I was there. By far one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in especially for the price.
