The staff was fantastic! However the room noise was beyond awful! We could hear the guests above us and beside us flush their toilets, clank their toilet lids, voices next door, etc. it’s normal to hear doors slam in a hotel but to have ceilings and walls so thin that you can hear everything isn’t acceptable and we left with a big lack of sleep.

Staff, room, and location was great. Shuttle to airport was a bit disappointing. Only one van available which takes 20mins to return and only can fit 6 guest at a time. We ended up walking to terminal E. Which took about 15min. Give yourself some time if you need to take the shuttle.
