Air conditioning broken in room 1007. Front desk manager said “nothing he can do” even though we reported this upon checkin at 3pm, and expected it to be fixed when we came back at 11pm. Refrigerator was also broken. Management could have cared less!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Our room easily accommodated the two of us with plenty of space to stretch out. I wish the valet parking was a little more affordable or quicker with bringing our vehicle, but it worked out fine. There is also parking available innthe garage across the street and on the side streets if you don’t mind dodging traffic. Centrally located to everything!

Friendly staff. Excellent location, especially if using the Broad Street line for sports events. Big rooms. Soft beds. Easy parking. Appreciated the text messages throughout the stay but never received a response back anytime I replied. Biggest area of improvement is in the room cleanliness. We liked the laminate flooring vs carpeting but the trash cans were gross, the grout in the shower and tiles in the bathroom were discolored and need cleaning. The glass door partition to the bathroom was dirty, stained/discolored. Sheets/ towels all seemed clean. Would stay again for the convenience.
