"I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room was extremely sparse and lacked basic amenities that most travelers expect. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided, and no hair dryer available. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were sticky, and the bed sheets were stained and had black hairs on them when we arrived. The area outside the rooms was poorly maintained, with garbage and cigarette butts left around for the entire three days of our stay. The TV in our room did not have a remote and would not work on our first day. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told they could not fix the issue and that we would have to wait until the next day. The pool area was also frustrating. Our room key would not provide access, so we had to find an employee each time we wanted to enter. Additionally, there were no lounge chairs available around the pool to relax on. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, missing amenities, and unhelpful response to issues made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our visit."

"I was asked for a $50 cash deposit when I checked in. There was no mention of this when I made the online reservation. I don't carry cash, and I was told to go to an ATM in a gas station and get cash. This was at 10:30 pm! The room was not clean. There were hair all over the place. There was a 1/4th roll of toilet paper, and no extra roll. There were two bath towels, and none to use as floor mats. On the night of my second day, at 11 pm, there was loud banging next door, and then someone walked into my locked room! The next morning, I complained about this to the person who checked me in, and she said that I should have called the police. On my last night at the motel, I was woken up by loud banging on the door of the next room at 2:45 am! This motel is not safe, and I would not recommend it!"
