Very clean and lots of amenities

The Quarter offers good amenities and services. The room was in excellent condition with a comfortable bed. Probably the only complaint of the entire hotel is the wifi is unstable and the speed is slower than it should be. Connecting to the various wifi sites was too difficult and often did not work. Once the hotel resolves the wifi issues, the hotel would be an A grade.

Great roof top pool here, with a bar! I had room 211, not the best view as straight outside the window someone is building a hotel which blocks any view but also means the builders can see straight into the room if you open the curtains. To be far, reception did say I can move to a better room the next day, but I decided on staying in this room instead. Good bathroom with a huge and deep bath tub, thats also a good thing to have a soak in after a hard days walking in that Pattaya heat. Very good wifi with not issues for me. Breakfast isn't too bad either, and does the job.
