"Staff is extremely rude, except one young man. Gave us whatever room they felt like, lady said I booked a random room 😆although the reservation clearly said the room type. She changed it though after a brief argument. Room was extremely hot, no AC, only a couple of fans. Bed and towels were dirty. ..."
