"What we like the best is the people in this property! They are warm and welcoming! Every staff there are giving their best services to us! They are working hard to make sure the customers happy! Our guide named Happy was exceptional in terms of knowledge, competence, skills and his happy nature and disposition impressed us! He works extremely well with our ranger/ driver named Marte-lize, who has tremendous passion for her job and very good at her job! We are very blessed to have the best game drives every day! Our waitress Chrinah, was sweet, attentive and thoughtful. We are very grateful to have the wonderful unforgettable experiences! We cannot help but feel grateful for the memories we had made during our stay. It was a journey that awakened our sense, rejuvenate our spirit , and left us with a profound appreciation for the untamed the beauty of Africa wilderness! The memories of our Safari adventure will forever remain tattooed in our heart! "

"All in all this was a great family trip. My only "complaint" is the staff were a little hard to find as we were just in the "off Season" so there was very little supervision around the pools and the super tube. Other than that no complaints at all. "

"This is a most beautiful and tranquil hideaway that invites you in so you never want to leave. In the first hour of our arrival a herd of elephants with some babies came to drink, just metres away. Hardus and his team offered impeccable service. Wonderful meals every day, with every wish catered for. The highlight, by far, was the game drives early morning and late afternoon. Hardus is an exceptionally knowledgeable and competent guide, and full of passion for the animals and the environment. We experienced incredible sightings, from lion to elephants at play, to almost everything else. It’s very beautiful and interesting terrain, with a marvellous riverside experience included. Our early morning coffee outside the vehicle on the river bank, watching the hippos and the sunrise, were memorable. It doesn’t get better than this!"

"The room was very small but adequate for a stop over but I did expect a little bigger. Was also clean and we were not at all cold. But it doesn’t really feel like a “guesthouse”. A) it seems more like they just built some rooms in their backyard and accommodate people for extra money - there is no breakfast option etc. but mostly B) the hostess was really not friendly and did not make us feel welcome at all. She just stood leaning against the counter with her arms folded when we arrived. She didn’t come greet us, introduce herself or make us feel particularly welcome. In fact we felt decidedly unwelcome and that we were an unavoidable inconvenience. The only hospitable thing she did was tell us where we could have supper in town. If you want to be in the hospitality business you need to be hospitable and make your guests feel like “guests” in your guesthouse. "

"There was no water and this wasn't explained to us. Also Google maps directed us in a way that took us on a road with unmarked huge speed bumps that damaged the car. Should put a warning about that for sure. Grounds were nice and the place was clean and comfortable."
