Pha Luong Peak

This place was the perfect location in "Old Town" Hanoi for us. You step right out into the heart of everything. We arrived by hotel transport from airport to accommodation. Everything ran smoothly from airport. Friendly, accommodating staff on arrival to hotel. We were given an upgrade to one of our rooms to an 'lake view' which was nice. The room we stayed in (President room) had a balcony with views on the city side, and to our surprise a "massage chair" - Wicked!! spacious room with large bathroom. Full kitchen facilities available in this room. Very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our booking. Large buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and would stay here again due to the service we received. Would recommend to other family and friends. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The two girls at the front desk really made this place stand out for us! We were able to check in early after a long travel day which was a god sent and helped us with places to eat things to see and our ha long bay tour!

Front desk was super helpful. Highly recommended.
