Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. Wäre der Manager vor Ort nicht so nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, wäre dies eine 0-Stern Bewertung geworden. Das Appartement und die Umgebung...
