Great location on the harbour for a short stay to see the action on the promenade. Bed and amenities were very good and room was soundproof enough to keep the night traffic noise to a minimum... but during the day, this area is really busy and loud. Laundry was very useful. Air conditioning actually available unlike most other hotels that advertise AC but dont turn it on until summer even when the rooms are very hot. Definitely worth booking here. Breakfast was good too.

The property overall is pretty dated. Carpets are old and the King room is pretty small. Quite a bit of cigarette stink in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and of high quality.
