Petukhovo Trip

Everything was great except the 50.00 per night resort fee! Its winter time so no pool access !!! Also the only real resort amenity accessible was the internet which kept disconnecting. I normally use the Sauna and ort hot tub to warrant the fee but this trip these items were both closed! I shouldn't be charged a resort fee when the resort aspects of the property are not in service! A little discouraging Not sure if Ill stay here again!

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.

Yes everything i was expecting was up to par. I loved my experience ♥️ ❤️

Easy check in and comfortable stay

The room was spacious with a fireplace.The adjoining restaurant had good food with helpful staff.
