"Staff were lovely, it was clean. We were very disappointed with the lack of updates. The hot tub was broken and the pool is very very small. Bathroom in pool area was very very rusted and in need of updates. "

"We arrived for a two-day stay over March break. We weren't provided with any information upon arrival regarding parking, wifi, pool hours or breakfast hours. We weren't informed the pool was out of order. We booked a themed room, which was older. There were lights in the children's bunk that didn't function and were hanging by wires. Went to breakfast the next morning and were told the staff didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than dry cereal (no milk) or bagels. Coffee wasn't even made. Front desk staff told us it wasn't their job. We left after one day. Were told we'd get a discount but were charged full price. "

"I arrived to my room and put my coffee on the table-it was broken. Good thing I caught the table from falling to the floor. The bed was a double and not a queen, no instant coffee or tea in the room, only a kettle. If you want a really basic and cheap motel for an overnight stay, this is definitely it. "

"Lots of trash around the outside of the building, but inside was clean. Our room was clean . The tv was only cable , not a smart tv and the connection was bad . Couldn’t watch much as it kept feeezing up . The fridge was nice and big and room had a microwave. The staff that I saw were friendly "
