"I assume that this place operates in a different way in Winter and Summer because the restaurant and reception were closed during our stay and it was very unclear whether they were operating a breakfast service or not. I did not realise when I booked that the reception is (apparently) only staffed until 6pm. I emailed the hotel to say we would be later than that, but received no reply. "Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly.
