"Was our second time visiting this wonderful property, truly a paradise, and a home away from home. The place is stunningly beautiful and relaxing, the food was terrific and the staff was wonderful and expertly trained when it comes to keeping their guests happy and fulfilled. Thank you Kym, it was nice to see a welcoming face, and those things are what makes it so special, you're not just a number here. Special thanks to our housekeeper Meisha-Gay, so accommodating and such a wonderful job keeping our room square. THANK YOU Monique at the breakfast buffet, she made it all so nice for us. In lieau of this area getting hit by a life changing hurricane our stay didn't miss a beat and we had as great a time as we did the first time we went there. Thank you PRINCESS, we will be back before years end."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. Most of all they were interacting with ALL of the guests. These are just a few: Ms Dahlia Walker, who made it her mission to meet and greet as many guests as possible. Taniki is an amazing dancer and has outstanding customer service. Loretta is DEFINITELY the hostess with the most energy and personality. Nelli is the counterpart to Loretta, their dynamic. Brandon, Kevon, Raquel and Donavan are the BEST bartenders EVER with amazing personalities, chemistry and energy. All of these people made my trip and birthday unforgettable "

"One thing I can love and appreciate about a place of business and entertainment; when customers have reviews, management considers them, apologizes if necessary, and vows to do better; leaving the customer feeling heard and appreciated. Hotel 39 is an example of a luxury organization on the rise. Ideal location and a few elite staff determined to do better and give A+ service! Huge shout out to Daniek and Tash - the face of this organization for me!! Coming in from the emotions of my Father's funeral, their warm, consistent attention to the needs of the guest when you first walk in made this place worth revisiting!! The overall potential of the property and its intention to make it the quality hotel it will be definitely outweighed the few hiccups during our stay. Huge shout-out to Twitter - Mr. Whitter - you're a breath of fresh air in that dining room, sir. I pray you keep that spark - you're truly working in your calling. Thank you for making my family feel cared for and fed right! OJ, that coconut run and pineapple juice will be my favorite drink at that bar! Thank you, sir! The third-floor ocean-view room was my absolute favorite part of this trip!! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! We stayed on the 1st floor fr a few days and it was also very clean and water pressure was superb!! Looking forward to seeing the upgrades needed by the pool area - chairs, pool&bar. Updated menus, and all the other amazing amenities that you all will be working on!"

"Even though I paid more for a beachside junior suite upon arrival to the property I was informed I would be issued a garden view and beachside does not mean you will be able to see the water just that the room faces that direction. I also requested my two rooms be connecting or close to each other instead they booked us into two separate villas over 100 yards from each other. To correct the staff worked overnight to find us two rooms next to each other in the same villa. However, it required I move out of my room by 11am and was not able to move into the other room until 10pm. That's almost 12 hours without a room and all of us crammed into one room. Rooms were not cleaned instead they were just tidied up. The first room we checked into still had a razor and soap in the shower. Daily our room was straightened up but not cleaned. The baby had an accident on the bed, instead of changing the cover they flipped it over. I really tried to give them grace given our stay was only 6 months following a major hurricane. They charged us full price but only gave us half service. Property is not handicap or elderly friendly, no elevators, long walks to restaurants or rooms, golf carts seem to only run to move luggage of guests checking in/out. Food was subpar, there is a disconnect between concierge and the restaurants, 4 out of 5 days my dinner reservations were wrong. JUST A BAD TIME!! Do not waste your money."

"The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa was a very good value for the money. It truly was all inclusive and offered many, many specialty restaurant as well as several buffet restaurants. They also had a sports bar that served food about 20 hours a day. Entertainment options at night were plentiful and if you like late night dancing that option was open every night into the wee hours of the morning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating no matter what time you arrive but of course in the morning was the best time for prime locations. My adult daughter and I had a great vacation!"
