"Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. Nous avions pris cette chambre pour la baignoire ( j avais d ailleurs annulé une première réservation de la catégorie inférieur, même vue mais sans baignoire, pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain devant la vue de’la cascade. J aimerais donc être remboursé de la différence. C est à dire de me faire...
