"We had a very pleasant three day stay and the hotel staff could not have been nicer. We were quite early in the season (beginning of October), so perhaps we should not have been surprised to be the only hotel guests - but we certainly got lots of attention! "Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. Nous avions pris cette chambre pour la baignoire ( j avais d ailleurs annulé une première réservation de la catégorie inférieur, même vue mais sans baignoire, pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain devant la vue de’la cascade.
