Hotel Ganpat Grand, Palani
The room was clean. At first we were given a room near the smoking area. I asked for another room because of this. No questions asked. We did get a room on thd same floor. Basic requirements in the room, food is good. We got a late checkout too.

Had a great view. Caretaker stays in the outhouse and cooks great meals for a reasonable price. Close to lake and hiking trails.
