"We had a good week here, the room was large and clean with plenty of room for us including 2 teenagers. The pool was great and much enjoyed by our 13 year old. Breakfast was enjoyable with decent coffee, and the live band on the Saturday night was ‘entertaining’ and much fun. "The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses from peoples tables and served warm beer. There is no excuse for that in a 5 star hotel. I recommend to the hotel that they invest more in staff training and how to give guests a true 5 star experience."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"
